Great deal and well-designed rooms with comfy beds! The bathrooms were lovely and the staff were excellent at their job. Location was also ideal for visiting the city center. The food was good and the salad bar had some healthy and organic options.
The service in the restaurant was slow. The walls were too thin and every tiny noise was heard from other guests and the streets outside.

Room was very large, clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was included in the fairly reasonable room rate and was tasty! Parking was free and accessible.
You can hear everything! Noise from outside, upstairs, the rooms next door and even the lift caused distruption throughout the night.

We really enjoyed the room. The stuff was pleasant and the hotel met standards. The location was adjacent to everything we wanted to do...
Nothing to mention.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, just like the previous reviewer mentioned. They were also spotlessly clean, with attention to detail. The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, making it easy to explore and visit local attractions. Additionally, the staff were brilliant, providing excellent service with a friendly and helpful attitude. I also loved the fact that some of the rooms had lovely balconies, offering a nice outdoor window to enjoy the surroundings. And the breakfast was delicious, definitely a great way to start the day!
All in all, everything was alright during my stay.

I found the staff apart from the girl on reception were not friendly and did not make us feel welcome they did not try to engage in any conversation at all apart from chat to their local customers in the bar/lounge. The bar area where breakfast was served was a separate building. The cleaning staff were in our room when we came back from having breakfast which i did not like check out is not till 12!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The attention to detail was evident in the rooms, which were not only clean and spacious but also had a lovely balcony with an outdoor window, allowing for fresh air and natural light. Secondly, the staff provided outstanding service, being prompt and friendly at the reception. Lastly, the breakfast offered was top-notch, with a nice full Irish breakfast to start the day off right.
All was more than satisfactory, nothing to improve.

Friendly Staff, Great Food, Convenient Location Visited this hotel for a weekend getaway and was impressed with the staff's friendliness. the food served at the hotel was excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. the room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
Noise from Bar, Small Room the noise from the bar was a bit of a disturbance during the night, and the room was quite small. these were minor inconveniences relative to the overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel was a real find. Fantastic value for money. Room and bathroom were very large, bright and comfortable with all the usual facilities, including an ironing board. Staff were extremely - had a laugh with them. It will be my number one hotel whenever I visit Galway in the future.

Had a 7am appointment in the Galway Clinic. Hotel organised continental breakfast for 6am. Breakfast was served promptly at 6am by a very cheerful & helpful young man. We were impressed.
